So, V and I came back to expand our Indian office into a sales office. Initial few months went by with us marveling at how easy it was to sell in India and a ton of other great advantages.
But the operational overheads that have recently started coming down on us are becoming a major pain.
1- To send a simple wire transfer out of the country takes three days and filling out of a dozen forms.
2- Banks advertise their services which only the sales people are aware of.
3- A maintainence contract for our computers mean coming and deleting temporary internet files every 3 months.

7- Personalize every meeting.
