Bodyboarding: The basics
Requirements: a board, flippers (optional) and you :-)
Directions : Swim out into the sea where the waves are breaking and wait around for a high wave. As soon as you see one, push forward and start swimming. The wave will catch you and do all the work.
Suggestions: Make sure your board is tipped forward. If your weight is towards the back, then you will lose the wave.
(These instructions are for simple body boarding where the wave catches you and takes you forward. More will come as and when I learn tricks)
