Vacations, Companies and Startups

One of the bad aspects of owning your own firm is that vacations are taken with a guilt factor attached. You can take as many as you want but at some point, you start fretting about your valuabe time.

Dilbert showed a similar concept from the consultant's perspective:

(Rhetoric overload ahead)

Pray tell me where does guilt factor come from? Do you feel guilt every night when you go to bed that you are not working? Wouldn't working perpetually over time make you stay focussed only on daily goals?

Come on! WOnt you feel guilty too?
I am not saying that the guilt stops me from enjoying life. But it is still there.

I woke up late today- cause i can. But I came into work with guilt that if I had come in earlier I would have been able to do blah blah
